I know y'all prolly don't want to hear this, but I will pass the information along.
The NWS has posted the potential for isolated t-storms over the hill country and the surrounding area of Kerrville for Friday and Saturday.
Now we all know how Texas weather can change in the blink of an eye, so I'm not trying to be a downer, however, I would be remiss if I didn't say, please be prepared for the possibility of the storms. Take the appropriate gear. If using tents, maybe some extra tie downs. Digging a small water trench around your tent too helps, especially if you are on an incline.
I hope that there is no rain to spoil the weekend. Yet I know a little water on the trails would make it even more challenging.
Just passing this along as a friendly note of interest. I will not clog up this thread with weather alerts, unless the weather turns serious and others can view it during their travels up to be on alert.
Four more days. I hope this is a great weekend for all.
Manny
