Well you may have seen this in the for sale section a few days ago but after getting it fired up I changed my mind it runs quite well. Its got a 360/400/quadracrap/dana 44s front and rear. From the looks of it its got a BJs 6" lift and some old 35s. Anyways on with the pictures.

I thought so. Just kinda has that look.

Nice

What's the plan for it or is it just going to be used for yard art?

.
Plan is to replace the tcase maybe do a little wheeling and dealing with dear old dad and see if he can order me some new 35s. Hopefully it doesn't become yard art. Lol!

I think it's pimp!
Thank you sir!

:toast:

Im sure it wont see much beach time but thats the idea of what I want to do with it. This is the family wagon. Just want to be able to take the family out sling a little mud hit some light trails and when the $hít gets real we break out Darth.:evilbat:

Guy in Amarillo has a couple Trucks that vintage he's getting rid of.

Stop by and grab me a "Razor" grille.

My very first 4x4 was a 77 Cherokee Chief, 304, 3spd, dana 20 IIRC, 44s front and rear with some 31" Mickey Thompson Bajas. It was a lot of fun, but needed a car at the time to drive back and forth to college so I sold it. Would like to have another one and put a Gladiator front end on it. Make a really nice expedition rig out of it.bigok

Leave the paint job as is and clear it!

I think she needs 5 tons and some ag tires. No?

J/K. Hope to pick up the tcase a couple weekends from now and maybe some new 35s.

Well very small update. Met up with Elkyracer and got another quadratrac and some spare drive shafts. I also picked up a new battery shaped it in there and let her run for a little while. Other than that been thinking about parting the Toyota to help fund some new shoes for Boba Fett.

Achieved a small victory today. I got the tcase and rear drive shaft installed and drove it around the pasture some. I was going to take a poser shot but the lift needs to be broken in. Still very stiff. Lol!! Hope ti have the new to me shoes put on in the next weekend or two.

Not yet. I may later on but I don't want this to turn into a big project. Just want something to play around with for now. Spent too much time dreaming about things I want to do and not enough time on the trail. But I do have the tons/th400/205 and dad has a big block laying in the floor. strpot

Yeah the 38s are a little overkill but I can't beat the price. This will most likely stay a family rig and "King Nothing" will be for the big boy stuff.

Another small update. I traded off the LT1 I had for the Toyota and got some 5.38s, locker and carrier. So if anybody has another set of 5.38s, locker, and carrier Ill do some trading on my old Toyota body and frame.

Another small update I picked up a Grizzly locker today and 5.38s, carrier, and a Lock Rite a couple days ago. Now I just need to sell the Toyota so I can buy bearings and the other set of gears.:toast:

Well I said my last goodbyes to the Toyota and then brought this pig home. I didnt realize how big this thing is. Lol! Almost makes my crewcab look small. I also made a trip to the local Oriellys and forked over some dead presidents.
