Buggy climbs like a goat and nailed everything I pointed it at. Only for sure upgrade is a non ricer exhaust system, it got pretty annoying after listening to it scream all weekend. Otherwise I will look for a set of stickies next year.

My NEW FiancÚ on her first wheeling trip.

Opinions wanted. Not 100% aesthetically happy with the rear of the buggy and considering going with more of a fastback approach. Opinions on which looks best, forward, middle, or aft most tape?

If it were me for looks id make it the forward most and land right over the shock. Personal preference.

That's an option too, guess I should have used 4 pieces of tape.

id go the far right tape. That way you dont have to redo the X on top. If you dont care about redoing the X then i would go the far left. but i would take it all the way back to were the existing tube is located.

It may be more work than it's worth to reuse the top tubes, so I'm not that worried about them. By existing you mean on the stern? That's where the tape is going and was the plan. Going to go with a smaller cell and try to add a swag offroad bin beside it.

Yes to the stern. Just realized that's where to tape went.

Pure looks, go far left. If you are trying to keep a back seat I'd do the middle bar...best of both worlds. IMHO the four seat option is always best kept...for kids...for buddies...whatever. More seats are better for a recreational wheeler. I am trying to resist the temptation to cut the tub and add to mine for this very reason.

I don't think there's enough footwell for an adult regardless. I would like the rear halo similar to RKik's cage, and that would cover the seats fine. I need to secure a bender soon.

Started reworking the rear. Braced the shocks and removed the cross/spreader bar so the cell could sit lower. Going with an 8 gal cell and putting an 8 gal action packer beside it for storage.

Got the new cell in, and lower mount made. Just have to fab up something for the top to keep it secured. Added a pre filter and it wouldn't start, not sure if it was too restrictive or what the issue was. Removed it and she fired right up. Still need to swap the ricer exhaust for something quieter.

Listening to that exhaust is what inspired me to go as big as possible on the jeeps muffler. I wanted it to be as quiet as possible.
