I've been out of town, but received this today. I was able to get the tranny crossmember started before I left. Also got the 2x4 frame and body mounts under body, but need to finish weld and cut the fish plates - no pics..

Yes & No.. She took a bad roll a couple trips ago, but has been wheeled hard since. The frame revision need started a few years ago..but, magnified by the roll. Blowing the 70HD carrier retainers and both axle shafts required a new housing..so I figured the D80 out of my dually would be nice.

Your rig looks good by the way

3/4"-10x12" from enco..very decent price. I bought 12' with nuts shipped for $30.

Tubing is 13/16"x15/16"x4" sleeved inside 1"x1.25x26". The tubing was free scrap from Metal Supermarket.
