started on the four link.
Cross member. Don't mind the rust just keeping up with the rest of my build part new part rusty lol

ops that fell off.

My older brother helping me out. after plasma cutting the shock tabs and spring perches. He went to town cleaning them up.

trying to cut cost I made a few tabs for the four link. Always trying to save money. Can't afford the bling like other rigs have. It's all good. satisfied knowing I made them myself.

Upper link mounts that go above the Truss I made. Wish the truss was more Modern and blinging. but its not.

You can see the cross member in the back ground. it will get lowered and that is where the lower links will mount to as close to the hoop as I can get them. It will be double triangulated. The four link calculator is what I imaged in my head. I'll tac it all together and see if my theory works. Trying to get upper and lower links as parallel as possible. My Truss on the 14 bolt is higher then most...well, the one I've seen anyway. I still want to tie it into the front and rear of the diff.

Originally I was shooting for 120 WB but after moving the rear axle around. I like 117" WB and stance. The picture is at ride height. I recall it being 25" from the ground to the bottom of the chassis.

hmmm, I used angle Iron the plate the inside of the frame rail. and Ill cap the ends once everything checks out and works together.

Thanks, I'll try and knock more out this coming weekend. I'll have 5 days off to mess with it. If it stops raining.

It's been awhile sense I've chimed in. Getting ready for Trees Run at the end of the month.
tomorrow i should be installing a radiator resivour. Got everything but a tank. jury still out on that one.
I'm running out of restate fast up front. Worse case i use a one liter bottle and zip tight it to something for now. Black interior mixed with gray, silver and rust all over. Didn't find the orange I wanted to paint at O'Reilly today.
she rides stiff out back. Still need to do research on the rear shocks. Having limited Internet access at my house sucks. I have pictures on my facebook. I know Rastus can post pictures with my phone. I'm all thumbs.

Damn Mike,

The toyota is looking pretty good. I haven't logged in, in a long time.

What color orange were you looking for? I have a gallon of high dolar orange enamel paint, and if your interested in yellow, bright safety yellow, I've got 5 gallons of that with the hardener, it's a two part epoxy paint.

I'll take 25.00 for the orange, and 75.00 for the yellow, just got to get it from here to there.

Was looking for a hugger orange. Or competition yellow. Or a dark Red. Which I haven't found
anything. Not sure if Gladwin is still around off of fred Rd and culebra. I may hit them up
and see if the have a epoxy paint in that color

It sure did thanks Dispite the weather. I wanted to test and tune my rear shocks.
minor changes coming. Add second propane tank. Move seats in and driver seat forward. I was happy. I know I wasn't running enough low tire pressure. It still did good. Hammered on it like I stole it.

It would be cool to see the video and pic Mike took.
I'm sore all over but damn that was fun. Going to look into a regulator like Mikes so my V6 doesn't drink it down like tequila on a cold night.
