M1008 cucv

6.2 Diesel, Turbo 400, NP208, Dana 60/14 bolt with 4.56 and detroit locker in the rear.

Has some dents and a little surface rust, but it's solid.
Untitled ex-military truck, but I can get the form for you if you want to title it.

Missing radiator and needs a new starter. I've found new 24 volt starter for $108.

Driver side door glass missing. I forgot the mileage, I'll update soon. Tires are good.

The plan was to fix it up a little and then flip it, but I need some funding for my business. But if it doesn't go soon, I'm gonna get it running and the price will go up significantly.

In League City, TX
$2200

At the latest 2 weeks.

If he's really interested, I might be able to swing it sooner.
Or he can pick it up in Call, TX as soon as he wants.

He says he'll have to see when he gets back from the rig in about 4 or 5 weeks. If you have a place to keep it in Houston then I could look at it for him sooner.

Depending on my schedule and stuff, I'll try and get it to Houston in a couple of weeks.

I kinda thought that too, but then I looked under it.

From Wikipedia:

All the CUCVs were powered by GM’s 6.2L J-series Detroit Diesel V8 engine non-emissions diesel. These were rated at 155 hp (116 kW) and 240 lbft (325 Nm), which was 5 hp (3.7 kW) more than the emissions diesel engine of the time. They were all equipped with the TH-400 automatic. All but the M1028A1 and M1031 used the NP-208 chain drive transfer case. The M1028A1 and M1031 units had a slip-yoke rear output version of the NP-205, which was specified mainly for its PTO capacity.

I really don't have room for my 25' GN trailer anywhere in Houston.

So if anyone's willing to pick it up in East TX, I'll take $2400
My dad's usually available to let you in.

I can get more pics and give as much info as possible before you'd head out there.

Hijack in progress. All 1980 were slip yoke, and every regular cab post 85 k30 was slip yoke one piece driveshaft. Crews were fixed yoke with a carrier bearing. I think 1982+ regular cabs we're all slip yoke with the introduction of the 208.
My 84 k30 was slip yoke, but gijoe4500s 77 k20 465/205 is fixed with a carrier bearing.

$2300 if you're willing to pick it up.

I just don't have room for it in Houston right now.
