How do I remove the two wires without cutting them?

Tank from a 1988 305 TBI k5.

with the one on the upper left of the photo, that rubber thing pops off, and either there is a little nut holding the wire on... or when you pop that rubber thing off, the wire is attached to it. The one on the bottom right just has to be cut (I think).

Bottom right is a ground. Disconnect if from the frame. It should be accessible before you remove the tank.

The ground unbolted fine. I'm having problems removing the plastic clip( top left with the small red and black wires). I'm being very easy on it, I don't want to break it. Guess I'll take a break and try later.
