Talked to him at Wal-Mart parking lot one day and didn't even relieze who he was until he intruduced himself to my wife. He was asking what in the Hell that ugly thing was we had loaded on the trailer.
Damn that sucks, met him twice once in cal and again at sema. One of the coolest old timmer I have ever met, he would take his time and talk with all his fans. Rip
That Sucks! Got to meet him in his vegas shop while I was working for A.J.Foyt. Pretty cool haning out with Foyt and Shelby listening to them tell stories.
Terrible to hear. Met him at Barret Jackson and made my day. I was about 11 years old at the time and his "people" were asking him to leave, but he stayed until the line for signatures was gone. I was the last in line. beer
Wow, he has been looking pretty old and it had crossed my mind that this would hapen, but I was still pretty shocked when I saw this. What an awesome guy, he will be missed by many.
