These are emails I have received this weekend about Boulder Jumper a.k.a. Allen Lowrey‏. In order of how they were received. Maybe Kasey can help us out since they have shops right across from each other.

News Flash: 8:05 PM Saturday: I just heard that Allen was injured at his shop while torching a barrel. As I type this email, he is being airlifted to the Lubbock burn center because of burns to his legs and in the waist area. There will be a group going to Lubbock tomorrow.

She said Allen was conscious and able to walk into the hospital, but there was much concern about the burns below the waist. He was joking that he hoped the hospital in Lubbock would have the football game on tv.

Up date about Allen: He is being released from the burn center in Lubbock today (Sunday). His injuries weren't as bad as they first thought.

no it was an old brake kleen barrel. yes they filled it up with water and let it sit for awhile but then they drained the water thinking it was all cleaned out. they cut one up about an hour before that the exact same way.

Hey guys thanks for all the calls, wishes, visits etc. Everything is good. I'm back to being a jackass. It sucked for sure but am fairly well healed. I still have a barrel to finish cutting if anyone wants to come out to the shop and hold it down while I finish cutting into the rest of it.
