libertyville just gettin started
Camping on the Canadian.

Im planning on coming down this weekend all the way from Dodge City Kansas to play on the canadian.
Its not my first trip down there but however, it's my first time camping down there.... any plugins? fees? showers close by?
ANY help/ heads up would be greatly appriecated

make sure to get you an OHV sticker, they WILL fine you. Twisted Fab in Dumas usually has some, as well as the motorcycle shops in amarillo.

Fires have to be elevated off the ground. So some kind of holding device is needed.

If you do build a fire keep water close by in case it gets out of control or the wind picks up. I would personally play it safe and just not build one. About half the flats has already been burnt.

the parts that were burned were controlled. they did that before the drags just in case a fire did start that way it had no where to go.

Off topic I know but where the heck is twisted fab in Dumas? I've lived here for several years and have never heard of them or seen them. Sounds like some folks I may need to look up.
