favorite stucks at the river

How about a new thread about our favorite stucks.
For those that might read this and think poorly of us, this is a constant out at the river.
today, 4 drunk/stoned teenagers in a stock cheroke. We new it was going happen.
so to be a dick I ignored there calls for help and made them walk from their heep an extra half mile. Gave a hard time. got em out.

Last year, mine. To much crown and a very stuck escalade on bling bling 22's and soft sand/water/mud hole. Kinda bad when you can sink a set of 44's up to the top of the tire and snap 2 stubs in 15 minutes.
And who can forget the Rockwell jeep that got stuck at the top of Widow maker when his rear suspension let go.

A couple of years ago, Rex's stuck canoe 15 miles from the bridge. I still won't let him live that down.

or in 99, at the WTO sand drags, a stock forerunner in the midle of the river in a foot of water with water running into the cab. Yes, you read that right, he was in a foot of water and managed to bury it up to the windows on the cab trying to climb a 3 foot ledge out of the river.

Good times, got a litttle over a month till the insanity and stupidity starts again.

worst stuck ive done is drove from bridge to boys ranch in my moms chevy 2500 crew cab 4x4 (river wasnt flowing), following a jeep buddy. on the way back from boys ranch we took a different fork that was a bit muddy the jeep glided accross it with ease. i followed with confidence and made about 20' of the 60' i needed to get thru it.

the jeep got stuck pulling me out. burnt up his winch pullin himself out. no one would help us so it took a wrecker to recover the overweight chevy. price tag $1200.

July 4th 2003, this was like the 2nd or 3rd time my Blazer was ever out at the river. My buddy asked to borrow it for the weekend...he helped me build it so I didn't see a problem with that until the next day when I got a phone call that he was stuck.

Best one I ever heard was Cody Welch in his dodge pick up. I will see if I can get all the particulars from him.

Good Thread!!

Dont know if i can narrow it down to just one favorite though.

There was the time we were so $crewed that a cat had to be called in to get us out.......I wasnt stuck, but broke try'n to pull other stuck rigs out. This all happend some 15+ miles from the bridge.

Rex's Canoe rescue trip.....I was in on that one too. One PU was stuck so bad the tail lights were under the muck. Good trip, that was. I ran out of gas on that trip, about 8 miles from the bridge.....on the way TO the canoe.

How about the sunk rigs off Peckers Point? I have seen some stuff there that will make you sick.

Here's mine from about 6-7 yrs ago. Sad thing is water was only about 6" deep. White Toy got stuck first. My Nissan next trying to pull him out then the Isuzu.. Short crossing turned into a long day..

Here we go again. For the seven thousandth time no one else in our group tried to go up the spot I went up. Well that buggy did but he ended up the same way I did. Old Gerardo went about twenty feet to the left. I could of taken the highway. WAY WAY different trail. You trying to start something buddy? Why don't you stick to something you know about Capone.

Yea, Gerald took the easy way on that trail. Even the easy line had some serious pucker factor.....Rumer has it....that is why Gerald had to buy new seats.....couldn't get the spike out of his old one.

Just messin with you. I wish I had pic's of my whiskey drunk delouge at the river last year.
I was told it was like a magic trick, everytime I hit the throttle the blazer disappeared.
Should've had pics of Jeromy in kaki shorts in the water, at 32*.

SO far I have only been towed back once....and running out of gas isn't really breaking down.

besides I have to save that Favor card for when I really screw up.
