well ****

i barrowed a set of corner scales and weighed the truck.

soo.. it weighs 6909lbs (down from 9200#) no batteries since im relocating them to rear, gas tank damn near empty, gang box empty, and no tubez yet, and without my fatass.

lf = 2050 rf = 2181

lr = 1390 rr = 1288

well i called fox, thier weight limit on the 2.5" is 2000#s sprung weight. racerunner 2.5 is 1850#'s. once i get it exo'd and and trail ready, how much more weight do you think ill pack on. think ill hit or be near the weight limit for 2.5's?

i dont wanna spend 1500+ on coilovers. should i just narrow the wb with leafs or you think a set of 2.5's will hold me up?

have you looked into foa coilovers? there supposed to be a good cheaper alternative and have seemed to do well.
not sure on the added weight just depends on how much you want to add.
i'd try to lose some weight.
whats the wheelbase? hell a picture would help alot

I think you would be fine with the 2.5s on the rear, and maybe stick with a good set of leafs on the front.

the front stays leafs, i already set up the 52's on the front and moved the axle forward.

this is what it is now,

this its what its gonna be, or was planned.

projected wb is 120-122"

as for loosing more weight. more like ill be adding much more. winch, front bumper, exo, spare parts and tools. i would like the ability to carry a spare as well. i dont have much weight to loose with a ctd under the hood

it might be more economical to stay leafs... so much for the kickass factor.

well you should be able to do the back with links and air shocks i've seen fullsizes with them doing alright. if you are worried looking into a pair of coilovers. call up poly and tell them the weights and they can help you with spring rates etc.
shave weight where you can. cut out the fender supports. little **** adds up and will help. drill holes

If you lose the rear leafs, that's approx the weight of your links and shocks. Cutting the frame rails off at the back of the cab will = the toob. But,,,,
Are you gonna skin the front fenders and hood?
Lose the bench and get a couple of buckets.
And lose some more weight fata$$.
