Dude, by your own admission you were told these axles had issues. It was stated in the ad also. You were told in pm. You were told in person. It should have been a common understanding between you both that without taking the axle apart no telling just what issue or issues it had. You stated you were going chromo's, sounds like you knew you had to do some work on them from the get go. You willingly took them and found out that yes they did need work.
I am having a hard time understanding your position, I think it is rectal defilade.

because you are the one who bought something off of a crawler that gets abused and it was made clear that it was broken. it is your fault for not inspecting it before buying as people has already stated in this thread. if i buy something knowing that something is broken inside i would either inspect first or gamble and buy it. but if i gambled knowingly something was wrong with it how can i talk bad about the seller?? it is your fault! i hope you learn something from this

i was told that the pass front had something broke. that doesnt mean everything in the front and rear needs to be replaced!

agreed...and i see how that would affect the pass side which i did expect that...but not everything else in the entire front and not to mention, replacing the rear axle since it was bent, needing to be replaced.

SOOOOOO, you are saying the rear axle was bent?? You know its bent?? That's the axle you are trying to sell for $200http://www.texas4x4.org/sale-24/1984...g-trade-42888/

WOW, you admit you know its bent, I dont see it in that ad. Looks to me like you were openly trying to screw someone, because it doesnt say anywhere that it is bent.. Afterall, you disassembled it and should know everything about it.....

Also how come now the entire front needed to be replaced, but earlier the driverside was ok except for 1 thing...

Like I said earlier, you made a vocal negative opinion, but have proven nothing now. All that has been proven to this point is that you are a liar. You listed something you knew was bent for sale, and did not mention that. Then you say everything in front axle had to be replaced, only hours after saying the driverside was ok. I think everyone has learned who not to deal with on this site now...

If you are buying a used BROKEN axle that hasn't been opened for inspection by the seller or potential buyer "something" CAN VERY WELL MEAN EVERYTHING. Its BUYER BEWARE bud, its pointless to argue based off a technicality like the word "something". You don't have to be an attorney to tear the basis for your argument in half... sorry chief.
I think you guys just need to agree to disagree and move on.

Bigevil... hell, I've bought from you before and wouldn't hesitate to again so let it go bro. You're good in my book. You did what you could.

What??? Your expert eye couldn't tell it was bent, but Bigevil was supposed to know.. You know it's bent now, but haven't edited your for sale post... Dude, sorry but you have done nothing to back up your statement from earlier, and thus far look like an idiot to everyone on this forum..
