New offroading park in the valley!!

Its called Jeeperos Del Valle Offroad Park near San Manuel. Its rented out by this club and its 10 bucks a truck/car load or if you have a trailer with rig on it 20 bucks for both. Its the closest thing we have to resemble wheeling and has some crazy big hillclimbs a little rock and plenty of open space to camp. It also has a bathroom (soon more) and some other amenities. Great test bed for us Valley people before we drive 100s of miles to offroad and way less!!! Maybe even worth the drive for some of the Corpus Christi members and the like.

These pictures do no justice whatsoever!!!!!

My brothers stock yota.......lol

Big place!!

Looking down the side of one climb

This is just an old caliche pit that has been dug out throught the years. Reall a fun place though and since its close to the valley that much better!!

Is it just me or does that look like nothing more than dirt wheeling in an abandoned calichie (sp?) pit. After a decent rain I bet the mudtards are as thick as fleas on a dog with the mange down there.

At least its somewhere legal for people to go that maybe keeps the wasted people, stolen cars, drunk people with guns out. Unlike the "pits"

Maybe if the interest is good some work with an excavator could make it more interesting. Its relatively flat out here so besides sand and mud down here that's about as rocky as it gets. John Denver wasn't talking about the RGV, lol

I'm not worried Snick.......the mud guys have a place they don't have to pay already. Its a horrible place that Dag was talking about which is really crappy, guns shot there......crazy idiots. Its horrible.

This place is clean and they expect it to stay that way. Its the best thing this Valley has at the moment and the mud guys will stay far away from it cause they are cheapasses.........they won't pay or make the small trip there. If we had a better place than this we wouldn't travel 6+ hours and spend 500+ in gas, food, place to stay believe me lol.

_P.S.---there is a reason I didn't post this up in the main offroad park forums. Its not a place you guys would wanna travel 6 plus hours to wheel at and camp at............its a local place for local people and at the farthest maybe some people from Corpus would wanna come since they have nothing in their area either. Its gonna be my test bed for my truck for the bigger stuff up North.

I think it's cool Good to see more landowners opening up their property to offroaders. I hope it works out great for you all and I know its a welcome site for all of you in the valley.

Offroading this Sunday at Jeeperos Del Valle, Linn, Texas!! Be there if you wanna have some fun!! 10 bucks and have fun! This is an actual offroad park so there are some rules and regulations:

Rules:
Must sign a waiver ............you know how it is in offroading parks
No glass bottles
Pack it in pack it out (No trash thrown anywhere or you will be kicked out!)
Seatbelts required!

These are what I remember but I know one of the main guys of the park may see this and let you know more. Most of you know the rules to parks already anyways.

LOL......well he still has to pay 10 bucks per vehicle but yeah if not trailering he will save 10 bucks cause he won't have to pay for his rig on the trailer and the tow rig LOL.
