'74 FJ40 1 Ton Buggy

Gauging interest as I am looking for a new project or trade. Anyone who has seen it can vouch, it is a well built rig and has a lot of good parts. Will consider trades of equal value or cash to make up the difference. I have the title on thisfor what its worth.

1974 FJ40
Chevy 4.3l V6 TBI
Painless wiring harness
ORI Struts
700R4 transmission
NP241/ Dana 300 T-cases - stock gears
Dana 60 front
Grizzley locker
Chromolly axles
Suncoast Drive flanges
14 bolt rear
ARB locker & compressor
Disc brakes
5.38 gears
PSC full hydro steering
PSC high flow pump
PRP seats
15 gal. Fuel cell
Warn VR 10k winch with rope
Custom driveshafts, balanced
Spyderlock wheels
39" red labels
All tube works is 1.75"

Pictures available and are also listed in readers ride section under Project Homewrecker

$17,500 or will consider trades (or trades plus cash). Really want an FTOY, or a 3-4 seater

Thanks Ray. It is definitely the most well built rig I have ever had. Wanting to downsize a little and get back into a straight up buggy.

it is 112" long I believe. I was trying to measure by myself with a crappy tape this morning before I left for work.

Nice buggy. Bump for you.

I also run an auto/241/D300. Its a nice combo but long, making it very difficult to fit in a chassis. I can appreciate all the work you put into it!

BUMP. need to try to move this thing. A couple changes to it now.

removed all the TBI, fuel cell, electronic stuff with the fuel and switched to propane. Runs great on propane.

Moved the steering ram behind the axle and plated the knuckles.

Why would you remove the fuel injection?

Vince, do you have a good pic of just the steering mods? Hard to see in the Photobucket acct.
