'90 Jeep YJ "Fire Sale"

I'm going to post this up and see if I can get lucky on a quick sell. Another rig has become available that will suite my families needs much better and will save me months of building and modding the rig I already have.

If anyone is looking for a very capable crawler rig, you might be interested. I have a '90 Jeep Wrangler that has had a lot of work done to it.

Powertrain:
It currently is setup with a '97 LT1. Motor has a recent rebuild, roughly 500 miles ago, and runs good. The computer has been tuned to maximize the torque output without having to go away from stock internals and wires through an aftermarket 3-wire harness. Behind that is a TH350 and NP205.

Drivetrain:
Rear 14 bolt, Lincoln locked, 4:10 gears
Front Military 44, Aussie Locked, 4:10 gears
38.5 TSL's with about 60-65% tread, full size spare
-Suspension is leafsprung, however a lot of time was put into setting it up and it performs exception well. Stretched to a 106 wheelbase. This seriously is one of the best performing rigs of the group I wheel with.

Interior:
Full cage tied to frame, seats tied to cage, full 5-point harness for both seats. Cage is a slant back/prerunner style cage. Custom center console, custom dash, full custom interior. Dash is made out of aluminum, painted black, but modeled after the YJ style dash. 3 basic gauges installed, however there is placement for 5. Row of safety toggles. Push button ignition, switched battery kill, switch fuel pump and electric fan.

The bad:
Trans needs to be resealed and crossmember needs finishing or redesigning, depending on your own design ideas. Could use little buttoning up things here and there as all offroad rigs could. Steering needs looking at, it works but it steers sharper one direction than the other.

I know without a doubt that I'm forgetting parts of this rig. I've just spent way to long and time building this and it really has become quite a rig. I'm asking $9500 obo, like I said, to help this sell quickly and help my family into something more suitable toward our needs. Let me know if you're interested or know someone who is and I'll be happy to send you enough pictures to feel like you already have it in your garage. The window on this is fairly small, but I will update this as I can. Call or text me at 830-931-5666. Texting gets quicker responses. I check PM's about once a day. Thanks everyone for looking.

Have I overshot the price on this guy? I know it's only been a day, and don't mean to imply that I expected someone here to buy it, but between craigslist, here, and the other couple forums I have it on, I did at least expect a few people to contact me. What's yall's opinion?

We've been taught not to bash on people's for sale threads. If that's what you value it at then leave it alone.

truthfully, for a 9500 dollar rig it better have a 60 front and 4:1.
4.10 gears and welded doesnt really scream high dollar rig.
the word "custom" really drives away some.
38.5 what? stickies? or 15 year old ground hawgs?
and then it needs a crossmember and the trans leaks.
pics?
sounds like 4500 dollar jeep right now.

Here's a link to the craigslist ad, it has pictures to get yall started. I updated the original post, but its sitting on 38.5 TSL's. Thanks for the other comments as well. I dont necessarily agree, but at least it gives me an idea what people may be thinking when they read it.
