Yeah they ****** up now. ******* jackoff!!!!

Nothing like keep charging my credit card after I had to contact them 3 times just to take to the head JACKASS! So they still keep charging my credit card.

Yeah I dont care if its for $37 bucks, but I will get it all back and some. Talking to my union lawyer tomorrow, filing with BBB, and will go as far as I have to to nail it to the little ****...

Just venting... haha thanks

I highly recommend NOT going to this gym, they will try to **** you in the *** later.

Usually, you have to sign a membership contract to become a member. That means, you pay every month til the end of the contract, regardless if you use the facility or not.

Yeah they said no problem to cancel if you are required to transfer, so I did the request they asked for and the letter from the employeer saying I was being transfered, after turning it in they said no problem, I will be billed for 1 more month (30days notice) and then that was back in March. They said no problem, but never got off their butts to tell me it was not cancelled or anything, its like they looked at the letter just said (fruck him) and went about their business.

I would have never done the 1 year cuz I knew I would only be there about 6 months but they said I could cancel. Even my rent was month to month and they take off 25% but better then the early out payment of like $2000.. I checked I just got reamed..

My contract here in Corpus is $73 a month, and a big early out fee, but I have no plan to leave within the year I plan on being here a couple years, but I still asked... Its just messed up, southern MD has ALOT of contractors and there are BBB complaints against this place for Credit card charges, I cant wait to see what happens.
