203/205 doubler, How To?

I know some of ya'll on here have already done this. OK, This is what I have. I will be running a 400 SBC, Turbo 350 tranny. I have a 27 spline input 205 T/C. How do I do a 203 to 205 doubler? I have built a lot of s**t. But, I am clueless on this. What parts I will need. Where to get them. Do you have some of the parts I need 4 sale? You have to spell it out for me!

Go to the offroad design website, they have a pretty detailed account on what needs to be done.

You'll need a 203 box, 203 to th350 adaptor, shifters...with some research, you can decide who's doubler adaptor to run. Off the top of my head...

32 spline shafts, 1410 yokes, triple sticked, 203 and 205 cases rotated flat, and it mounts from the top for even more clearance.

to use your cirrent 205 you need to have the case machined for the big input bearing and then need a short 32 spline th400 input gear.

1) No but can get some.
2) Can measure tomorrow.
3) It is already for a turbo 350 with 27 spline input. Sorry, I was kinda vague on that...lol! Still have the fully built turbo 350 with converter, Art carr manual valve body with reverse shift pattern and engine braking if ya want that too.
4) $1600 buys everything from converter to rear output including shifters.

Also sending PM with contact info.
