305 in 87 or 88?

I was looking at a tbi blazer, either an 87 or 88 and they said it has a 305. When I look at the specs list on coloradok5, they show only 350s were available in blazers in 87 and 88. It looks original, were there any 305s put in stock blazers in 87 and 88?

Kvfd4266 just gettin started
grab a LMC truck catalog and figure out what the VIN means... but even then... you would have to figure out if the engine id matches...

according to the wikipedia, after 87 and the introduction of TBI, 350s were the normal powerplant... doesn't nessecarily mean you couldn't get one with a 305...
