I have no idea for an answer to your question, but that will be a bad @$$ conversion.

I would imagine that shorty headers would be needed for that kind of swap.

You really won't know until the motor is in and you see what kind of clearance you have.

I'm pretty sure the frame is slightly narrower then a K5 or older Suburban and will maybe able to get away with shortys or build you some that go over the frame and down the wheel well. Good luck.

I would be willing to bet that a set of headers for a BB suburban or pickup of the same body style would fit. I doubt that the front part of the frame is any/much different than the tahoe.

Use headers for a 99 3/4 ton sub.

remember sub bodies changed in 91/92
also if you go with the 99 sub the o2 sensors should be in the same place.

You still may end up doing some exhaust work (cat forward).

Be sure & note the 4x4 part.

Are you doing this in a 99 or the 2000 OBS in your sig ?

its a 2000, old body style. i'm going to run a carbed late 70's 454. not really worried about emissions. not going to run cats or 02 sensors so shouldn't have nothing to worry about on the exhaust side. hopefully once i get the header problem whooped routing the exhaust should be no problem. before anybody dawgs me, i'm in the process or ripping out the ifs crap and converting to dana 60 up front, 14 boll ff in rear, and strong th-350 with 205 case and boxing the frame, so the truck will be able to hold the power this thing should put out.

Then any header for a big block for that body style will work.

We had a blue one (2000 OBS Z71) for awhile. I like that body style better than the 00-06.
