6.0l lq4 swap hell!

I have a 84 yoda with a 02 6.0l lq4 nv4500 d300 swapped in. Got it all up and running but it's high idling usually around 1250 at start up and around 1500 20 or so seconds after start up even with idle air control motor unhooked!!!! The timing looks correct at start up around 16 deg then flat lines at 8 deg and never moves. We have pressure tested the intake and found no vacuum leaks. It also runs super rich I think enough to glow the manifolds red. I have been working with a tuner using hptuners software and were both pretty stumped. Only mods to the engine are Texas speed MS4 cam cromo pushrods 7.4" and double valve springs good to .660 lift. Any help or even guess would be appreciated.

Check the voltage peramiters on your temp sensors, and TPS....thats what kept mine at high idle.(Ford). the temp sensor will tell the computer it's cold and dump fuel into it....thats all I got besides the fuel pressure reg.........L

If it's still a vacuum leak it's time to burn the truck down lol. While looking at it through hptuners my coolant temp is the same as my mechanical gauge shows so I would think there is no sensor issue there, also the tps is showing correct at 0% so I would think no issue there. Thanks alot guys for the suggestions keep them coming.

What kind of fuel pressure do you have? Have you pressured up the system to check for leaking injectors? Just a thought. Kinda new to these. I went with the Holley dominator injection on mine. Worked great on the dyno but we'll see how it does in real life. I know the iac motor will make alot of difference as we were playing with it on the dyno. I saw where you said it was unhooked. Have ya checked to make sure it's not hung open? Just kinda drawing straws here, but I am curious to what ya find.

I only unhooked it to see if that was what was causing it to rev up and it still did it unhooked. I also swapped iac's with another engine no change. I have steady 55 psi FP. I have not checked for injector leak. Thank you for your thoughts.

Somethings telling the engine to run rich. Do you still have all the great and wonderful EGR crap. O2's and such. They will tell the engine to run rich. I will grab my book in my office and see what I can read up on.
