Ax-15 to d300 adapter rings

What's the difference from say the Novak adapters

To some that make their own and sell?

Minus the bearings and new input shaft. The 300 is 23 spline as well as the ax15 correct?

that's what I'm gathering about it, that it will bolt right up with the clock ring to "tuck" it up more.

That is right. All you need is a clocking ring.
