Cold weeather tune ups

Ok have a question. Before i parked the blazer for almost 8 months due to tranny failure. I was getting approx 11.5 mpg weather was still warm now all of a sudden i have the tranny rebuilt about a week or so ago. and the weather has been cold. I am getting 8.5 mpg. My current set up is a 350 carbuerated/th350/np205 on 37" hummer tires with 4.10 gears. What type of cold weather tune up do you run to get the milage back up?

Should be better in cold weather, if any at all.

Can't believe you're getting 3 mpg less. Got a stuck caliper or something?

yeah it is weird. No stuck caliper does not pull at all when breaking or driving. And it idles fine it is not even hard to start in the morning.
