Kvfd4266 just gettin started
could it hurt??

Would it hurt if i got plug wires for a chevy 400 and put them on a 305?? i'm trying to explore all none costly options with a truck thats runnin crappy... the only other thing i can think of is maybe theres something wrong on one of the heads... thoughts anyone??

i doubt it will change much but you never know.
have you replaced the cap and rotor?

YOu can even swap over cap and rotor if there both HEI ignition, a small block is a small block.
