Cummins and 4500

How much do these usually run price wise? As for the cummins i was thinking 12v for sure. Looking to do something crazy.

a decent motor will run between 1500-2500 depending on mileage, and tack on another 1500 for a good nv4500. I am wanting to do this swap in my cucv, but it will be a while before I can afford it.
