does anyone have experience with these headers?

i'm not looking for high dollar headers just something better than manifolds. i've got a 93 gmc c2500 5.7,nv4500, and 3.42 gears. its a little gutless. anyone have any sugestions to help this truck out with out replacing the engine or getting another truck. i'm thinking about the injector pod riser, and the tbi wide open trans-dapt tbi spacer. would like to do a chip but not sure which one to get, and maybe an adjustable fuel pressure regulator. trying to figure out a better air induction, open round element or a tube and cone filter.

That's a good looking header for the money. Seems like you're on the right track with those mods. I'd throw on an e-fan too. Those clutch fans steal more power than you think.

Biggest problem with those engines is lack of air flow. Start with the simple stuff first. Bigger throttle body (454, or bored TB), free flowing air intake, electric fan, exhaust, custom tune. A cam change would also help out quite a bit. A good tune up would probably also help if it hasn't been done in a while. Make sure the rest of the exhaust is large enough. You can put headers on it, but if the rest of the system is crap it won't help much.

If you do the throttle body upgrade you will need to bore or clearance the intake manifold for the larger throttle plates. My brother already had a spacer so he just clearanced it instead of the intake.

My brother has that same setup, except in a half ton. It didn't run too bad to start with, but a set of shorty headers (Edelbrock, I think) and a bigger throttle body woke it up a little bit.
