black01edge just gettin started
exhaust help...

putting a 351w in the ranger and having a slight problem with making exhaust fit...



thought about grabbing some block huggers for it but all the ones ive seen go straight down and gets in the way of the engine mount. then i thought about running it outside the frame but not sure of clearance issues with tires...

so im polling the masses. need some help. any idears, pics, recommendations PLEASE!

I am just shocked at the shape of those headerrrr-manifold things.... Never seen any like that before, musta been a hell of a tight fit lol
Maybe they will work for you on your motor swap. I honestly don't think I could stomach opening my hood to look at them..
these sure look nicer..

Yea those things are hideous. The only problem with those advanced adapters headers is I can't get dimensions on them. I want to see how far the stick out from the flange. I'm trying to locate a set of the 70s ish manifolds that have the flange straight out instead of the turndown like mine. If I find those, they should work.
