FJ Engine Question

I just got a FJ40 that has been sitting for about five years with the cylinder head in the back of the rig. I have started the process of breaking the cylinders loose, but i was wondering since everyone puts V8 into these cars, is there a surplus of these old engines? Im not looking for power, this is just a ranch truck, just need a low buck, reliable engine. Any ideas?

The 1F was used in the fj40 till 74, then in 75 they used a 2f untill 87. The 1F is 3.8 liter and the 2F is 4.2 liter. The 1F is usually easier to find and cheaper.
