Flywheel shimmy/not "true"?

When the motor is running, it looks like the flywheel is warped....kind of dances back and forth about 1/8 inch, maybe 3/16. the torque converter looks good though, no dancing. should I be concerned about it, will it destroy my new motor bearings or tranny input bearing? I don't feel any vibrations or anything like that when I drive down the highway at a high rate of speed...but then again I do have 35's, 6" lift, and sucky factory gearing. need to get some 33's.
