Header question

Background info.- After in built my front square drive shaft it would hit the flange on the p.side exhaust man. Now I'm clocking my t-case up and I added a 1.5" zero-rate/shim.

Question- Who makes a header I can run that will clear all that?
How hard would it be to run it around the front? I have elec. fans.

You will need to get some shorties, not long tube like mine. Sanderson, JBA, Gibson, Hooker and Headman make them. Then you will have to have an exhaust shop do the exhaust from the flange down.

fyi... 77mudbuddy has some long tube headers for sale that were on his blazer with 52's up front and zero rates, and a stock th400/205 setup with square shaft if that helps.

I run shorties off of a 94ish model half ton. I modified the factory crossover pipe to clear my odd suspension, and run a single 3 inch exhaust. Works great, but now I'm swapping to a big block and am going to run over the frame rail headers.

thought about rams horns and a Y pipe to single exhaust? 85mudblazin found a part number for a Y pipe that goes under the oil pan... Dott is running it now too...

there may be some pics in Dott's or 85mudblazin's albums at AK5.

I don't guess I do. I don't know what is on there now. All I know is that before after I redid my drive shaft it would hit, now I'm tring to ask questions to find out how not to let it hit.

I'd run stock manifolds, unless you just want headers. Not like you're building a speed \ Hi-Po rig

It will need a spacer on the pass side. I used this for the oxygen sensor.
