Hydro clutches can be found in 85-87 K series rigs. You need to get the complete pedal assembly, the clutch fluid reservoir, the master cylinder, slave cylinder and line. You will also need to get the bell housing as it is different from the mechanical linkage version.

I'm not for sure on the years. Mine came out of an 86 crew cab dually 2wd.
The one I have has a number inside. "HI 15530202". Here's a pic but you can't see too much. If my camera wasn't busted I'd go in the garage and get better ones for you.

This info is for the bellhousing.

Or do it with aftermarket stuff. I have been pleased with my setup so far.

Rod from the pedal into the back of the master cylinder. Its a 5/8 bore MC. I'll get my buddy to send me the part numbers. I ordered the same set up he used, except he used a 3/4 bore MC. (made the pedal WAY firm). I believe I got them from Summit, but I'll check.

If you use factory stuff, you need to get EVERYTHING from the same vehicle, Including the Bellhousing.

GM used saveral different parts in thier setups over the years, car and truck setups are different too.

NONE of the parts will interchane (that I know of), so it makes finding replacement parts a head-ache unless you know exactly what your cluth system came out of.

Replacement parts can be expensive, even at Vato-Zone. Expect to pay about $100 for a Slave and Master cylinder alone.

A Borg/Beck or Long style pressure plate will NOT work in a factory setup, you have to use a diaphram pressure plate.

Or.......

Just buy a complete After-market kit, do a little fab work, and go. I am partial to the ones with the "throw-out slave cylinder" but the "push/pull slave cylinders" work great too.

I can't get to the site over here for some reason, but my buddy said it is at classicbroncos.com in the tech section under hydraulic clutch stuff. Should include all the PNs. If its the same write up I remember, it is good stuff. Good luck and post up what you do.
