82k5 just gettin started
leaking 350

i have a 96 vortec 350 with about 150000 miles. i leaks lik a dog, but it looks like its coming from right above where the oil filter screws on. do these ever leak? any help would be appreciated.

yes, its called the oil filter adapter. it goes bolted to the block held in w/
a torx or allen head.
i think you could buy it only at the dealer.
its really easy to put on, just do it w/ the next oil change.
come by the house sat. in the a.m. to put it on & change the oil.
work on the sliders at the same time. my blazer too.

probably the "O" ring, not the adaptor.
