The little things...

So I made a mistake with my oil pan. Long story short, either I need to put a longer pickup or switch back to the stock oil pan. So I've had to pull the doubler setup, tonight the tranny, and tomorrow the motor to get the oil pan. Just another road block that keeps me finishing my POS. Anyway, when I pull the motor, I'm going to reinstall the stock oil pan.

What I'm looking for are any tips before I start putting all of it back together. Muddslinger (I think) mentioned something about filling the torque convertor with tranny fluid before bolting up the tranny. This totally blows, but I guess lesson learned. TIA

I thought I had told you that already. You don't wanna run that verter dry. Drop a quart in it before putting it back in.
