NOthing works

OK guys I have a major problem. My blazer wont start and im supposed be leavin for shilo @ 4 tommrow morning. Yesterday it started up fine and now im getting nothing. I started out this morning by tryin to start it up the starter sputtered and then died. Ok i figured batterys dead dragged out the charged and let it charge once charged tried again and didnt get a response. I thougt ok the batteries trash ne wayz ill wait for my new optimua redtop. It came in and i changed batterys still nothing.( all i get is the parking brake light to come on in the instrument panel, but nothing else works.)I thought ok maybe the neutral safety switch disassblemled and tightened up the steering colum. Still nothing. CHecked ground to altenator bracket with a voltmeter, 12.7v. Checked starter 12.6(main power wire) 12.4 on smaller wire. All fueses seem fine and were ok wheni checked them with a testlight. I did find that the fuse was blown on my radio it was 5 amp. Im out of ideas and am getting very frusterated any idaes guys? Im guessing a loose wire sum where but i dont no.

P.s. This is my sons truck and hes reely looking forward to this trip.

Check all your batt. cable connections. I had a loose ground on the K30 and the problem would come and go. It finally got to the point that the starter would just click once and then it would loose power to the whole truck.

I had a similar problem a few years back. Battery was strong but not much juice going anywhere. I ended up putting a ground wire to the body and larger cable to the engine. She fired right up. turns out the ground strap from the engine to the body had deteriorated enough to stop most anything from happening.

I dont think that's his problem. From what I read, it's not even turning over.

Rastus has disabled reputation
Check the fusible link on the firewall. See if it is burned in two. it it located on the firewall - left side of the distributor just below the plastic junction box.
