reclocking a gm np205

When reclocking a gm np205 behind a th350, what kind of problem will I run into?

Since I still have the tcase I figure go ahead an do it now!

Driveshaft angles, tcase hitting the floor board, exhaust, frame, etc

I figured the drive shaft hittin the tranny pan!
Damn doubler guys have it easy all around lol!

No floor board on that side its been cut, no exhaust on that side and I have about 2 1/2 or 3 inches of play before it hits the frame!


Guess really just worried about hit the pan and angle?

I got the np205 rear torque mount from the same guy, very quick and awesome parts!
