Question SBC TBI swap question

I should have waited and found an older TBI setup for an easier swap, but I found a complete donor for $600 and got it. I just wonder what needs to be removed from the donor before the guy comes to pick it up? I'm selling the wreck to a kid that wants the rest of it. I just need to be sure what parts I need from it.

What all talks to the ECM on the 94 engines? I have the engine bay harness and the ECM removed, planning to use the stock trans and tcase, so that will all be plugged in. Am I missing anything to make it work properly???

I plan to make a simple Check Engine Light in the dash.

The Yukon body is due to be picked up Sat, so I'm worried I've forgotten something I need

If you want to be safe get the complete wiring harness. You could use the hole thing in your truck. I would take the steering column gages everything. Better to have and not need. You mite even take the fuel tank and all the tubing that goes with that, you'll be surprised how much stuff you're going to need to get this thing running in your rig. Mater of fact I wouldn't give up the Yukon until yours was running. My 2 cents.
Your going to like that injection system!

So you are keeping the engine from the donor or what? What are you putting it in?

I'd also keep the fuel tank and pump so you can adapt it to your rig.
