square shafts

Im about to have to build shafts for my rig, its a jeep yj with fixed yoke 350/700r4/fixed yoke 208 clocked up and a 44/60 combo. My rear shafct is only 18" at a 26 degree angle, I ma going to run a modifed front chevy shaft for that. The front is 42" long at ride height, unsure of angle, but its not too bad. The jeep will be a highway driven vehicle, anyone see a problem with a front square tube shaft in the rig?? IT would be cheaper to build one myself, then to have one built by any shop. Being that I have a 208, when in 2H and hubs unlocked the shaft should not be spinnign at all. I just dont want something that will vibrate me to deah. The rig will be used in 4wd at speeds of 30 mph or so when driving down the beach or if I go into mud, are there any probs with the square shaft for that?

I had one in the K10. It worked fine offroad, only problem I had was a busted cv ball a while back. It was worn out anyway though. I didnt really notice any vibration until about 30 mph. It doesnt cause any problems when I run in 2wd.

I wouldnt use one on the rear if you plan to drive it on the street.
