Stacking a 465

I've heard and seen acouple of trucks that have a 465 mated to a 465, Anybody know where or who makes an adapter to use the 465 as a range box?
like putting in a 465 behind your tranny as a range box. It's only 12" long.
Does someone make a stubby female input for one?

I know Mitch was looking into doing this years ago so you may want to hit him up or maybe he will see this and chime in.

Thats kind of what I am trying to see, how much longer would it be? with a stubby female input and like the guy on pirate did, just 2 plates bolted up for about 4+/- inches, + the 12 inches for the 465 and a d-300 with adapter, gonna be around 24to 30 inches? with the toy doubler i have right now being + 8 inches from stock length?
Going to have to burn up a tape measure over the next few months.

My ideas was quite hillbilly. I had a 2wd 465 in the truck and a divorced 205. I had enough room to stick another 2wd 465 in between them. I have a yoke for the 2nd 465 input shaft. Basically, I was replacing the short drive shaft with a 465.

I didn't click the links above, but spider over on pirate was running one. He had a build thread in the chevy section.
