Exclamation Dont Buy Summit Cdi!!!!

ok in the thread i said i figured it out, well thats only half of it. i got it runnin ya it ran like a champ for about 5 min, then died like someone just shut the power down, then i reset the box and it ran for 3 min. then around 1 min etc. i pulled over and that box was glowing red it made my fire wall glow as well on the outside. yall know what im saying. so i called the summit tech line 4 different times.
1. guy said it was my wiring
2. guy said my wiring is fine its my carb
3. guy said he dunno!!
4. guy said those guys are idiots and return the box because they havent worked out all of the FLAWS just yet, i told him that was BS.
this is from 4 differnt guys i talked to at summit lol..

any how after it was all said and done they are fixing me up with a MSD 6al box with my other return for credit as well as the ammount i payed for shipping and he isnt charging me shipping on the new one. not bad right? i snuck away with an MSD box for around 150.00.

moral of the story dont try the immitation equipment if you want your rig reliable.
