Look at the Art Carr manual VBs as well. I've always heard good things about them from drag racers.

I ran an artcar full manual reverse shift pattern valve body with engine breaking and liked it pretty well. I am all about full manual valve bodies and have had them in several of my rigs. My street strip truck still runs a manual valve body, and it works great. The only thing I'm not 100% sold on is the engine breaking. It worked really great when needed, but when just cruising around you had to come to a complete stop before going back into first or it would lock the 44" tsl's up until the motor caught up. I was also running a doubler with rockwells, so it had a ton of gear. I guess if ya wanted to try one you could just buy my old tranny and doubler....hehehe!
