Tractor Trans Fluid

Anyone ever run tractor hyd. trans fluid in their automatic transmission before?

Was reading this over on turbostang board.

Seems like it would be beneficial to our sport as well. Any thoughts?

After reading all that I am definately inclined to give it a shot. Sounds like it would be great for what we are doing!

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm. May have to try it, my tranny runs hot, and it worries me.

Automatic transmissions are gay.

I'm just wondering how the two fluids mix together or if you have to drain all the lines and converter before you swap it out. I didn't read the entire thread, just the first 2 and last pages. Somebody let me know.

My tranny's just about dead. I'd be willing to try it to see if there's any improvement if you can just add a quart or two as needed.

Most, in the thread, were draining the cooler, lines, converter and of course the tranny as much as they could. They they would put the tractor fluid in and some would add the 2 quarts of synctheic ATF so the fluid would be visible on the dipstick since most of the tractor trans fluid is clear.
