Bend Tech EZ3D?

I was just reading up on the EZ3D program and was wandering what others are using? I am by no means fabricating for a living but do plan on building a interior cage for my truck and eventually would like to start designing a buggy. So far from what I have been reading about it, it seems really simplified and easy to use. But I want to make sure that it will be good to desgin cages with and eventually a complete tube chassis. I see that they sell just upgrades so that way if you start out with the cheaper programs you can upgrade to the pro versions if you need to step up the program. I am thinking it may be better to start out with the EZ3D and maybe later on when I get ready to do a full chassis just upgrade to the pro if needed.

check out www.offroadfabnet.com Bend Tech is great easy to use and as you grow it can grow with you by adding the advanced modules. Rastus on here is using it for his cage, I used it for mine and RajunCajin used it for several he has built. Very easy to use and you will significantly decrease the wasted tubing.

I know that bend tech is capable of doing cages and stuff I just want to make sure that the Bend tech EZ3D will be able to do a fulll cage like what Rastus posted pics of. I did read up on there website all about the EZ3D program and how simple it is to work. What I wanted to know if it will do is show you a pic of a complete cage? With like the other where it shows examples of the program is shows full frames, buggies, or cages but with the EZ3D program it is just showing one single pipe. I want to be able to draw up a complete cage before I ever even start bending and I was just want to make sure EZ3D can do it or do I just need to start with the Pro version?

I am there now. I read everything about it on bend tech website and it sounds pretty bad *** so far but one of the main things I want is a piture of the whole cage before I start bending. That way I can see it better and get a idea of if it is gonna work or not.

I can't comment on BendTech 3D EZ but, I can say that BendTech pro rocks. Being able to model an entire cage before touch a piece of tube really helps with the down time head scratching as you plot out your next bend.

GoodLuck In whatever you choose.
