Bow Shooters!

Went shooting today, I didn't do too shabby.

I almost robin hooded one of my arrow when i was shooting them all on the same target so I shot one of the arrow on another target.

I increase the pounds today from 58lbs to 68bs. That bow is a tight son of a gun to pull. After 40 shot I was done but still doing really good on grouping.

We are going to do some tournament during the summer along with 3D shooting, should be fun!

Who else like to shoot a bow and arrows?

Not bad at all. What was the distance you were at? What kind of bow are you shooting? I don't shoot often, hard to find the time, but I am very consistent/accurate when I do (or 2 years ago when I last touched it). I'm shooting a "Xtreme Velocity" brand (?) never heard of it before, but I am a lefty, and it shoots good for a pawn shop bow I got 10 years ago. I believe my draw is set around 65lbs. Makes me want to dust it off and go shoot some...

Psssst...It'd be cooler if your "robin hood" shot was closer to the bullseye.
You need to pull your site in a little.

I'm shooting a Hoyt Vectrix XL

This was at 20 yds, Usually once my 20 yd is set my 30 and 40 are set also. But with the new lb I need to double check.

The first picture was after I pulled it in, my robin hood shot was while I was still adjusting to the extra lb in the pull.
