Help with trouble code

Can anyone help me with a trouble code on my DD car? The code is P0037 and the car is a 2001 Mazda Protege 2.0L. I know it has something to do with an O2 sensor, but I want to know which one. the cheapest one is $170, so I want to be bakring up the right tree with this. Thanks for your help!

as per alldata rear o2 heater. (o2 sensor)

it does not tell if there is a specific bank. so i think there is only 2.

one prior cat & one after. so it would be the one is after the cat. i have a 02 wrench if you need it.

Thanks Rick, my research says it's the second O2 as well. There is a special o2 wrench? I may take you up on that offer. Heck, I could probably stop by your place replace the o2 in the parking lot and give you back the wrench... Well, it may be too hot for that, but it shouldn't take much. I'll keep you posted.

you need the wrench so that you will not damage the wires.
if you have enough room you might be able to get w/ a wrench.

I'll check the clearance, but I think it's quite a bit. I also ordered new motor mounts because all the slack in the drivetrain is extremely annoying!!!! So I think I want to do all this at once. Which means I need to order the new o2. $120 for a new o2 at the cheapest! Yikes! I think I may go back to horses and buggies!
