Just mad need to rant

Got home this evening and went to start pulling axles, knuckles and transfer cases when I found out that my dodge had bees broken into and my $1000~ set of snap-on tools were ****!ng gone I am very pissed and I have a good Idea of who took them and am venting to prevent me going off the handle at them and having the cops called for a hate crime, I hate the local welfare rats and want them banished back to Louisiana

Damn you have bad luck with people stealing out of your vehicles! Tell the cops who you think stole them. And maybe it is covered by your auto insurance?

Don't have full coverage won't be covered and the cops get called to that house 2-4 times a week I'm filling a report with description of tools with them when they get here.

Sorry to hear man. Bust their knee caps. A long handle 1/2" drive ratchet would probably work, 3/4" sounds even better though.

Went there on work once and we found ourselves on the wrong side of town. My boss was looking out the window and said "boy there sure is a lot of...a lot of uh...well there's just a lot of them".

Sorry about your stuff man. As said it might be best to get you a game camera setup in a hidden location.

Oh I have tools to beat them with the tools stolen are my in the truck set,

Cameras are going up this weekend,
And all vehicles are gonna be moved up in the driveway as far as they can. Selling the dodge 1500
Putting one of those overly sensitive annoying alarms on the suburban. Motion lights are going to be aimed for the curb.
Cops showed up did inventory went and talked to a "few neibors" to see if they have noticed any suspicios people in the area

Homeowners insurance should cover the tools.

I had a lot of tools stolen out of my truck once. Totaled $1600 my cost. I had replacement cost coverage and ended up only getting about $800 from the homeowners policy. also, I had to do all the legwork, looking up current prices and estimating age so they could depreciate the tools. Sux that they depreciate even with replacement cost insurance.

That's the wonderful world of insurance. I went through the same thing this time last year when my truck got broke into when I was down town Fort Worth serving Jury Duty. They took my radio, broke my dash, stool a hunting knife and took my bad of trail tools. After fighing with the insurance company for months I just said fawk it and counted it as a loss.

Funny part was it was in a "secured parking area" and the fat donut eating PIGS watching the area heard the horn honking but they said they didn't think someone was breaking in my truck.

Fawk the thiefs
Fawk insurance companies
FAwk Jury Duty
and Fawk the PIGs

Ask me how I realy feel!!!!

You know what works really well is motion sensor lighting with giant floods. If you have a long driveway and some trees lining it you can also put them in the trees so you have some protection if you can't get your rides close to the house.

My neighbor and I hang outside a lot and watch the foot traffic in the middle of the night and it's very interesting to watch the reactions of people that may cut through a yard or walk too close into a driveway and they get startled by the light in their face and change their path knowing damn well that it was motion activated.

Its not a shotgun but a pretty strong mind F that just works. Granted that's for the night time only

It's only going to get worse.
Laws protect criminals and politicians, not victims.
Law Enforcement is so overwhelmed with petty crime, most don't even care anymore.

The cameras and alarms are pointless if you start moving and changing things. The culprits will know better than to go back. You would be better of to leave things as they are, continue working as normal and you will be far more likely to get "activity" on camera. They may not steal again, but if you can catch them "shopping" you will have some kind of evidence.

All I can say is you can make like a 4x4 and get over it,
Or you can fight fire with fire.

If I were in your position, I'd pack up and leave that god forsaken city. High taxes and cost of living is terrible there. Not to mention the violence. I think it's something like 4th most violent city in murica'.....

I would leave but I just bought the house last year no way I could get what I paid for it back and I'm happy with the area just not the people, and I have a big ole pot of hell to unleash on them in the coming weeks.

It is hard to just leave.
And there is no guarantee where you move will be any better.

There are thieves who drive around out in the country and steal stuff from country folk.
I had a dirtbike stolen from my parents home.....10 miles outside the city limits.

Don't think he will be messing with my stuff any more
