Need pics swing away tire carrier
I need pics of a swing away tire carrier, really looking for the latch mech. ideas more so than the pivot...but could use help there too. I am making a swing away power wheel chair carrier that will be mounted via 2" reciever with jam nut/bolts etc. I am fairly positive at this point a 12v winch will be used to raise/lower the chair platform up/down for the wheel chair to have easy access on/off...plus easy replacement of parts.

Mine is 1/2 nut welded in the bumper and a bolt wins "handle" welded on
