Just got mine in the mail and hope to start it next week. I ordered INSANITY 1st but HELL NO! P90x is an "easier" 1st step. A buddy of mine has done both and told me not to order INSANITY 1st because the warm up alone is harder than P90x. He had great results with both.

Good luck with it. I decided I'm going to drop to 180 and getting fit before trying it again lol.

Thanks. I have completely changed my eating habits and have cut way back on the . Only drinking maybe one night every two weeks compared to every night< and started doing my old home brew workout I use to do when I was racing bikes. I've lost 20 lbs since the first of the year. Now I just wanted a different workout, something alot more structed. I think p90x is gonna be bad ***.

I got a copy but I didn't pay for it. I got it from a guy up here that had it and didn't last long on it.

I've watched the intro and that's about it so far.

It's something I'm going to have to wait til I'm in better shape before I attempt it.

its for sure not something you want to jump into if you haven't been doing some other workout.

I did it for almost a month minus the ab ripper and yoga (just too hard and im not quite that flexible) but enjoy jogging more. noticed results in my arms right away... good luck! Im going to start working out again once the weather stays consistantly warm.

Anyone can do it. Just do it at your own pace. Don't try to keep up with the video, use the pause button. That's the only way I made it through

I really wanna try it, trying to find a copy. My gym just downsized and its impossible to workout with so many people crammed in there.

I did chest and back and ab x yesterday and abx is brutal. Did plyometrics this morning and thought it was gonna be pretty easy. About 40 min in I couldn't hardly lift my legs up. Its tough but I'm liking it.

The plyometrics messed my knees up, I had to stop doing that one.
