SA Flooring Surplus store

We are considering tearing out the carpet in our living room and replacing it with wood floors. Then tearing out the linoleum in the entry and putting down Tile. back home, there was a store that sold all kinds of surplus or overstocked house improvement goods and they could be had at a good price. The catch was finding something you liked. Anyway is there something like that in San Antonio? Any other suggestions on places to go that offer good honest help? Thanks!

I tore out my carpet and painted tile on the floor. People walk in and don't know the difference. They look around for the painted floor I told them about when they are already standing on it. I did about 1500 sq ft. of my house like that and it only cost about $180.00.

Do you have any pics of that? Sounds like it requires a little artistic ability tho...I have none.

Thanks for the name primetime!

There's a good place on the access road for North 35 close to 1604, I don't remember the name but I've used them for jobs in SA a few times. They don't install, just sell flooring.
