It looks to be a cheap copy of arb's X-jack. They seem to work pretty well. I know our local fire department has one for minor recovery work. Always wanted one just didnt have the 300 they wanted.

I would think there is a check valve of some sort built into the bag... But i could see where the initial filling that could be of concern.

I don't have any pics but the military has been using something like this for years. They were flat squares that you could stack and then inflate with oba and they would lift up any corner of the 14ton vehicle that you wanted. Definitely cool though.
