I cant find it on the web anywhere. Would someone be able to tell me how wide these trucks are. (outside of tire to outside of tire assuming they have stock tires). I have to go pick one up and i just have to make sure its going to fit on my trailer.

Just about any stock older truck is around 78-79". It's usually wheels and tires that make them to wide.

I had trouble with the hubs rubbing the side rails on a truck/ trailer combo years ago.
Pulled one locking hub and it fit fine.
